Jack Frost is nippin'

Finally! I'm generally a fan of mild weather -- I hate the dead of summer and the dead of winter equally -- but I simply cannot get into the holiday spirit unless it's cold out. (I seem to have suffered a memory lapse as to what I did those years I lived in West Texas.) Today is the first day it's been approaching freezing (OK -- Saturday and Sunday were the first days, but I barely went outside this weekend), and I'm loving it. I'm ready to put up my Yankees tree at work, and hope to soon put up my regular tree at home, as well as helping The Dude select and decorate a tree for his place. And this morning I finally willingly tuned in to the radio station that's been playing nonstop holiday music since before Thanksgiving. Does anyone else think of Danny DeVito and Church Lady on SNL when they hear "Here Comes Santa Claus?"
